Mobile Crisis Counselor
Job Summary
Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) seeks a Full-Time Mobile Crisis Counselor in Goldsboro, NC. This position offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals and families in crisis.
Your Role in Our Mission
You will provide assessments, interventions, and strength-based crisis planning to support individuals experiencing behavioral health crises. You will collaborate with families, law enforcement, hospitals, and community partners to deliver timely, coordinated care.

What We’re Looking For:
- Willingness to provide care in community and office-based settings
- Participation in the crisis phone support rotation
- Strong communication skills to connect families to community resources
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two years of crisis experience with MH/DD/SA population
- Valid unrestricted NC driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate: $20.00/Hr.
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm or 9:30am – 5:30pm
