Your Role in Our Mission
The REACH Mobile Crisis Coordinator (MCC) plays a vital role in bringing a calm, caring presence and connection to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) who are experiencing a behavioral health crisis. This response includes meeting the individual in an environment where they are comfortable to facilitate service engagement, stabilization, and resolution of the crisis when possible. Beyond crisis response, you’ll provide community stabilization sessions, build and maintain strong partnerships with local agencies, and coordinate admissions for our crisis homes. You’ll also be part of a rotating on-call schedule to ensure help is always within reach.

What We’re Looking For
- Education: Master’s degree in a license-eligible field (social work, counseling)
- Licensed or Licensed-Eligible as a LCSW, LPC, LMFT
- Skills: Crisis intervention, adaptability, problem-solving and decision making. 1 years’ experience with mental health populations and I/DD preferred
- Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation for work-related travel
- Proficiency with EHR systems, Microsoft Suite, and technically savvy
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $61,000 – $69,000 based on possible licensure and experience
- Sign-on & retention bonus is paid out at successful completion of 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year for full-time, new hires
