Mobile Crisis Clinical Trainee Anoka County
About the role
This position is responsible for answering phones to triage and determine the need for mobile crisis response, providing diagnostic and crisis assessment, crisis intervention and additional therapeutic services as indicated, as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), office-based, and telehealth.

Responsibilities
- Answer phones to triage and determine need for mobile crisis response
- Provide diagnostic and crisis assessment
- Deliver crisis intervention and additional therapeutic services as indicated
- Provide services in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), office-based, and via telehealth
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling
- Must be currently pursuing LICSW, LMFT, LP, or LPCC licensure
Qualifications
- Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations
- Experience delivering either in-home or crisis services
- Experience with Electronic Health Record systems

Pay
Clinical Trainee Base Salary: $60,004.41 - $69,478.79 annually
Retention bonus: up to $5,000 ($2,500 after six months, balance after twelve months of service; must maintain employment for at least twelve months to qualify for full bonus; bonus is non-transferable to other roles)
Schedule
40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
