Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Oversee staff for assigned blood drive or collection center
- Carry out all functions of the donation process including donor registration, screening, physical, and phlebotomy
- Drive fleet vehicles when needed, including box trucks
Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Previous lead, supervisory, or management experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Enjoy working with the public
- Good, stable work history
- Understand the importance of following standard operating procedures
- Healthcare experience is a plus
- Be able to train away from home for up to two weeks at a time
- Work a varied schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
- Possess a valid driver's license in the state in which you reside and be insurable by our insurance carrier
- Hold or be able to obtain a DOT Medical Certification Physical card
Qualifications
- Pre-employment background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report are required
