Responsibilities
- Stocks and packs supplies and equipment for mobile blood drives.
- Cleans equipment.
- Orders and replenishes stock.
- Prepares blood bags & MCS+- on a regular basis (8-12 cases weekly).
- Maintains a clean organized work space.
- Prints Planning Control List for blood drives - no more than 2-3 days in advance of drive.
- Assists with special projects if time permits.
- Rotates all stock to ensure the late dates are used first.
- Performs other related duties as may be required or designated.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred.
- The equivalent of a High School Diploma preferred.
- cGMP, Customer Service, Discrimination/Sexual Harassment, HIPAA, Introduction to Quality Assurance, HBC Operations Orientation, OSHA Safety Initial and Annual, Q-Pulse and SimpliDigi. required.
- Blood Bag Numbering and other task training as necessary for efficient operations. required.
