Mobile Assessor PRN Full Time Weekends

About the role
The Mobile Assessor provides mental health assessments for contracted emergency rooms and/or hospitals, recommends the appropriate level of treatment based on the assessment of risk factors, and triages patients to appropriate services.

- Completion of Memorandum of Transfer
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or related field
- Current state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC or LPC-A), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current CPR certification, if required by a customer hospital
- Valid driver’s license
- Completion of appropriate internship, including provision of individual, group, or family therapy/counseling
- Experience providing individual, group, and family therapy/counseling
- Mobile assessment experience preferred
