Responsibilities

• Mental Health Assessment
• Counseling and Referral Source
• Memorandum of Transfer

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Nursing or Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field.
• Licensure/Certification: Current license in state as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Registered Nurse (RN). Current CPR, if required by a customer hospital. Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience: Completion of appropriate internship, including provision of individual, group or family therapy/counseling. Experience providing individual, group and family therapy/counseling. Mobile assessment experience preferred.

Schedule

Full‑time nights, all zones (Tuesday–Saturday, 7:00 p.m. – 3:30 a.m.).
