About the role
Our Mobile Acute Care (MAC) team is changing the way care is delivered in the Mid-Atlantic and beyond. MAC nurses work autonomously to assess patients, then collaborate in real-time with providers to develop and implement care plans that help patients heal at home. Immediate full-time and part-time openings.
Responsibilities
- Work autonomously to assess patients
- Collaborate in real-time with providers to develop and implement care plans
- Travel primarily to patient homes around your area (Baltimore, Silver Spring, NoVA, PG County/DC)
- Chart via apps using Apple hardware (iPad or MacBook)
- Collaborate using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in acute care: MedSurg, ER, IMC/progressive Care
- Solid driving records
- Compact State RN licenses and willingness to acquire DC license upon hire
- Excellent references
Skills
- Desire to improve practice and learn new skills
Pay
Starting pay is $60 per hour, with higher rates available based on clinical skillset and weekend availability.
