ENVIRONMENTAL, HEALTH, AND SAFETY OBLIGATIONS
- Comply with safety rules
- Attend and Participate in Safety Training
- Participate actively in the safety process

- Submit suggestions to improve safety
- Know responsibilities in the event of an emergency (i.e. what to do in the event of an alarm for fire, chemical spills, tornados, etc.) and assist in evacuation process
- Be a coach to others who are acting unsafely
- Attend and participate in all hazardous and non-hazardous waste trainings
- Able to recognize chemical hazardous labels
- Spill management and clean-up
- Air shutoff locations
- Capability to follow satellite accumulation rules and requirements
- Proficiency to recognize hazardous wastes in your area and manage properly
Duties
- Fills Equipment
- Maintains equipment (vacuums equipment and area, cleans fill heads, etc. performs required Preventative Maintenance, etc.) per Work Instructions
- Changes reclaimed chemical tote at change over and when full
- Changes over equipment for various model shells (units) and chemicals
- Reworks rejected units and returns them to the system
- Helps to maintain the accuracy of CILs, PMs, LOTO, and ODS documents
Pre-Test Equipment
- Manually loads/unloads units to the conveyors in the event of a Material Handling equipment breakdown
- Occasionally performs material handling duties (restocking parts, removing pallets, etc.)
- Operates robot HMI interface
- Ensures tube length is to print standard
- Manually inserts head assembly and engages threads if required due to equipment breakdown
- Maintains equipment per Work Instructions and makes appropriate system adjustments
- Changes over equipment for various model shells (units)
- Restocks product component parts (Head Assemblies, Ring Pins, etc.) when required
- Reworks rejected units and returns them to the system
- Manually loads/unloads units onto/off the conveyor in the event of a Material Handling equipment breakdown
- Occasionally performs material handling duties (restocking parts, removing pallets, etc.)
- Supports the training and development of peers within the organization
Mass Spectrometer
- Maintains equipment and tools per Work Instructions
- Changes over equipment for various models
- Inspects shells (critical dimensions, visual checks) and records results per First Article Instructions and/or Work Instructions if required; makes appropriate system adjustments as a result of the inspection process
- Manually loads/unloads units onto/off of the conveyor in the event of a Material Handling equipment breakdown
- Occasionally performs material handling duties (restocking parts, removing pallets, etc.)
- Helps to maintain the accuracy of CILs, PMs, LOTO, and ODS documents
Packaging System
- Maintains equipment performs required Preventative Maintenance per Work Instructions
- Makes adjustments to glue lines as needed
- Changes over equipment for various models
- Inspects uncartoned and packaged units and records results per First Article Instructions and/or Work Instructions if required; makes appropriate system adjustments as a result of the inspection process
- Manually loads/unloads units onto/off of the conveyor in the event of a Material Handling equipment breakdown
- Occasionally performs material handling duties (restocking parts, removing pallets, etc.)
- Helps to maintain the accuracy of CILs, PMs, LOTO, and ODS documents
Other
- Other duties as assigned by the Senior Operator, Supervisor, or Department Manager
- Supports the training and development of peers within the organization
- Ability to flex to other shifts as training requirements dictate
