MMS Rollover Specialist
This role combines customer service with specialized support for transfers and rollovers into TIAA. Under close supervision, the specialist serves as the first line of support for advisory teams, working directly with clients and external carriers to ensure a seamless rollover experience. The position requires a licensed professional with deep knowledge of TIAA’s products and services to deliver a positive client experience and strengthen client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries, comments, and concerns related to TIAA transfers and rollovers.
- Resolve routine customer issues and provide guidance on rollover processes.
- Collaborate with clients and alternate carriers to facilitate smooth rollovers.
- Refer clients to published materials, secondary sources, or senior staff when necessary.
- Document client feedback, complaints, and rollover-related interactions.
- Support advisory teams as the primary point of contact for rollover questions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of financial customer service experience (5+ years preferred).
- FINRA registrations: Series 6 or 7; Series 63.
- Active Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State).
- Strong knowledge of TIAA’s products and services.

Pay
Base Pay Range: $26.01/hr – $35.62/hr. Actual salary may vary based on experience, time in role, internal peer benchmarks, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. Additional compensation may include performance-linked incentives (e.g., annual discretionary programs, non-annual sales plans, or other incentive plans).
