About the role

At UFC GYM, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Personal Trainer. This position is part of a dynamic and inclusive environment where you can make a significant impact on the lives of our members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safe and effective private MMA training sessions.
• Maintain the organization and neat presentation of the fitness floor and training spaces at all times.
• Aid in all revenue-generating activities, including complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body fat tables, seminars, and workshops.
• Show in-depth knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Communicate clearly and concisely with members and staff.
• Have certification and/or Pro-Am fight background.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Qualifications

• Passionate about health and fitness.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in a fitness-related field.

Skills

• Knowledge of Private Training techniques.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Pro-Am fight background (preferred).
