About the role
The MK7 RB Product Owner at Lockheed Martin is responsible for defining and prioritizing product requirements to ensure alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, program management, and customer representatives to define product requirements.
- Prioritize requirements based on business value and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document customer needs and translate them into product specifications.
- Manage the product backlog and facilitate sprint planning meetings to ensure continuous improvement and delivery of high-quality products.
- Ensure alignment between product requirements and project timelines, budgets, and resource constraints.
- Contribute to the development of product roadmaps and participate in strategic planning sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or software development.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Scrum.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
