Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities
- Supporting production of business development proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Carry out research and update marketing databases across various system platforms, including sales and customer-related data.
- Create graphic production and content for marketing materials, manage digital assets, and engage in social media marketing.
- Maintain brand standards across all marketing materials.
- Provide periodic status or progress reports to the supervisor.
- Show professionalism with company employees, clients, and vendors.
- Perform other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in college or university with accredited degree program in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Attention to detail and highly organized with good time management skills.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills with the ability to proofread.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn and participate.
- Able to quickly learn and process information, take direction, follow tasks through to completion, and work in deadline-driven and team environments.
- Proficient use of Microsoft suite of applications.
- Flexible to work up to 40 hours per week or more as required.
- Reliable transportation and able to travel as requested.

- The noise in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
