Key Responsibilities
- Determine visit frequency based on the company’s customer prioritization system
- Plan calls using detailed sales data
- Schedule appointments with customers to maximize impact during visits
- Analyse sales and program performance to inform future planning
- Maintain compliance with contractual standards
- Secure commitments by aligning the benefits of our products with the customers’ needs
- Manage merchandising activities, ensuring product availability and stock levels
- Proactively seek opportunities for improvement to meet and exceed targets
Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of a High School Diploma, with further education or experience in FMCG/CPG sales preferred
- Proficient computer skills, with practical and confident use of Microsoft Office suite applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate sales data into actionable business strategies and objectives
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively across multiple stakeholder groups
- Demonstrated selling capabilities using a customer-oriented “Double Win” approach
- Experience with Trade Marketing Execution (TME) software including reporting and data management is highly desirable
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data, market trends, and sales reports to support informed decision-making
