Key Responsibilities

  • Determine visit frequency based on the company’s customer prioritization system
  • Plan calls using detailed sales data
  • Schedule appointments with customers to maximize impact during visits
  • Analyse sales and program performance to inform future planning
  • Maintain compliance with contractual standards
  • Secure commitments by aligning the benefits of our products with the customers’ needs
  • Manage merchandising activities, ensuring product availability and stock levels
  • Proactively seek opportunities for improvement to meet and exceed targets

Qualifications & Experience

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma, with further education or experience in FMCG/CPG sales preferred
  • Proficient computer skills, with practical and confident use of Microsoft Office suite applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate sales data into actionable business strategies and objectives
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Demonstrated selling capabilities using a customer-oriented “Double Win” approach
  • Experience with Trade Marketing Execution (TME) software including reporting and data management is highly desirable
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data, market trends, and sales reports to support informed decision-making
