Responsibilities

• Create a safe work environment by following safety procedures.
• Manage the production process to ensure products meet quality specifications.
• Work as a team to efficiently set up and monitor production of machines.
• Review and communicate production schedules and verify expectations of the shift.
• Operate machines according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping and organize assigned areas.
• Communicate quality and safety issues to supervisor immediately.
• Operate forklift to move material as needed.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Forklift experience.
• Positive team spirit.
• Entrepreneurial and customer focus.
• Learning agility.
• Ability to deliver what is promised.
• Ability to build relationships through collaboration.
• Ability to work in hot and cold conditions.

Qualifications

• Entry level production position.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday (5am to 3pm), with overtime required on weekends.
• Reports to the Production Supervisor and is part of the Production Team.
• Based in Beacon, New York.
