Mitigation Technician

About the role

We are looking for a full-time Restoration and Remediation Technician to join our team and take superior care of our customers on the north shore and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who can balance a team mentality with a strong sense of personal responsibility. Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged property
• Physically remove building materials that cannot be saved (e.g. drywall, flooring, insulation)
• Physically stage equipment
• Load and unload company vehicle
• Must be able to drive company vehicle
• Must have ability to document work performed
• Maintain consistent direct customer contact that is courteous and respectful

Requirements

• IICRC Certifications WRT, ASD, and/or AMRT a plus but not required
• Experience in construction, mitigation, or restoration a plus but not required
• 1-year experience in Water Fire Mold Mitigation a plus but not required
• Drivers license and clean driving record
