Mitigation Technician

Our technicians use industry-leading equipment and trusted techniques to restore properties after water, fire, mold, or asbestos damage. About the role

We're seeking a hardworking and dedicated Restoration Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in restoring homes and businesses to their pre-loss condition. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, often in confined spaces including heights, and utilize power tools to complete restoration tasks. Physical fitness and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.

Responsibilities

• Extract standing water if needed
• Move, clean, and store equipment, tools, and vans
• Clean up affected materials and areas at job sites, including removing all job-related debris
• Assist the lead technician with job site production
• Maintain job site safety
• Execute the job action plan for restoration production
• Handle contents manipulation
• Work in confined spaces, including heights
• Utilize power tools
• Assist with warehouse duties

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR
• Must pass a drug test
• Must take a mandatory background check
• Reliable transportation to the main office
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, and twisting
• Clean-shaven face for use of respirator per OSHA regulations
• Ability to work in tight or confined spaces
• Ability to work in a team environment

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Restoration experience
• IICRC Certification
