Job Position Description
- Managing Customer Satisfaction and representing the brand
- Effectively perform all aspects of the production processes
- Continued development of production skills and expertise
- Financial asset and equipment management
- Following all uniform and policy guidelines in line with the Brand Identity Guide
- Avoiding job sites with a clean and orderly appearance
- Coaching and training of production staff technicians
- Preventative maintenance of vehicles, and equipment and oversight of facility maintenance
- Ensuring clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor, and fellow technicians
Qualifications
- Must have an IICRC WRT Certification (other IICRC certifications would be valued)
- At least 1 year of experience working in the restoration mitigation industry
- IICRC Restoration Industry Certification in Water Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Mold & Biohazard Remediation is preferred
- Must know how to use Dash and Mica (Knowledge of other industry software such as Docusketch, Encircle, ITEL App, etc. would be a plus)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Availability to work overtime in response to emergencies, which may include after-hours, weekends, or holidays
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Use of power tools and different types of industry-related tools
- Willingness for continued learning and growth, ability to 'lead and coach' your teammates
- Aptitude with record keeping, recording information, and communicating 'the message'
- Awareness and respect for safety, using care are caution with teammates and customers
- Strength with multitasking and handling deadlines, organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and be comfortable on your feet for prolonged periods
Compensation
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
