Mitigation Technician

Responsibilities

• Respond to water, fire, mold, and other property damage emergencies
• Perform water extraction, demolition, drying setup, and other mitigation services
• Monitor equipment and document job progress
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
• Provide excellent customer service while representing our company

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
• Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Clean driving record
• Must pass a background check
