Processes and Customer Interaction

• Explain processes and answer customer questions, as needed
• Maintain open communication with customers to address their needs and concerns

Supervisory and Production Responsibilities

• Communicate clear expectations to Production Technicians and oversee their activities
• Schedule and monitor production processes to ensure quality control

Safety and Compliance

• Identify potential safety hazards and implement control measures
• Maintain a safe working environment for both occupants and workers

Problem Resolution and Documentation

• Resolve issues promptly as they arise
• Manage job file documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness

Cost Management and Asset Protection

• Control and manage the costs associated with production projects
• Ensure proper use and protection of equipment and materials

Cleaning and Maintenance

• Clean and maintain various areas including vehicles, equipment, warehouses, and offices

Sales and Marketing

• Engage in sales activities and add-on sales
• Perform security checks as required

Qualifications

• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Experience in cleaning/restoration is preferred
• A high school diploma or GED
• IICRC certifications are preferred
• Ability to travel locally or out of state may be required
• Physical requirements: able to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance, regular lifting of 50 pounds, walking, standing, driving, sitting, climbing, working in tight spaces, and repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying
• Exposure to chemicals
