Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of mitigation projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Utilizing Xactimate software to accurately estimate costs and resources needed for each project.
• Developing detailed project schedules, ensuring all projects are completed within the specified timeline and budget.
• Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project progression and completion.
• Providing leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Delivering regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management, ensuring transparency and open communication.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Continually assessing project performance and implementing improvements as necessary.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role, specifically within mitigation.
• Proficiency with Xactimate or similar project estimation software.
• Proven experience in project scheduling and resource allocation.
• Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A deep understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
