Pay

$65,000 – $75,000 per year + bonus opportunities

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage up to team members (technicians, crew leaders, coordinators); handle scheduling, timecards, and performance reviews.
• Set measurable goals for each team member; conduct annual, mid‑year, and 90‑day performance reviews.
• Conduct monthly staff meetings.
• Use tools and reporting to budget and achieve margin results (50%).
• Drive response and urgency.
• Oversee warehouse inventory, equipment tracking, vehicle maintenance, subcontractor compliance and staffing needs.
• Manage movement, care, and inventory of equipment in the warehouse and on job sites; dispatch technicians and manage on‑call schedule.
• Write and review job estimates using industry software; mastery of Xactimate required; learn RMS, Luxor, and Sage.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Negotiate directly with insurance companies, resolve customer complaints, and market services to local industry professionals.
• Maintain and create good relationships with insurance carriers and vendors.
• Audit customer service complaints.
• Recruit vendors and subcontractors; ensure subcontractor compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years in restoration emergency services.
• 2+ years in a management role.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with writing Emergency Services (Mitigation) estimates.
• IICRC certifications (e.g., WRT or ASD) highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Mastery of Xactimate; ability to learn RMS, Luxor, and Sage.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
• Drive a company vehicle while maintaining a clean driving record.
