Mitigation Contents Manager

You will make a difference each day, helping restore fire and water damage “Like it never even happened®!” The Mitigation – Contents Manager oversees all aspects of assigned content restoration projects and crews, focusing on customer satisfaction, revenue and profit growth, and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.
• Provide priority response to potential customers.
• Develop scope of work for projects and review estimates.
• Negotiate customer/client approval of project scope and estimate.
• Schedule crews and resources to provide service on active projects.
• Coordinate and oversee restoration services with crews and subcontractors.
• Document and review job files to support the services provided.
• Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage production/restoration expenses, equipment, and materials.
• Follow and oversee safe work practices and risk‑management guidelines.
• Train, recruit, and manage production/restoration personnel.
• Continue development of leadership, management, and restoration expertise.
• Perform other tasks/duties as required by the employer.
• Occasionally work in an office environment while frequently conducting field visits and job‑site activities, including lifting, climbing, and working around chemicals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lb independently and up to 100 lb with assistance.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation (public transportation not available).
• Willingness to work occasional after‑hours and weekend assignments.

Pay

$25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm with flexibility for after‑hours and weekend work.
