About the Role

As our first point of contact for customers, you will combine service orientation, communication skills, and technical understanding. You will work in a structured onboarding process, enjoy flexible working hours, and engage in a dynamic work environment. You will also be responsible for responding to customer inquiries about our software solutions MD Ambulant and MD Stationär, primarily via phone. You will analyze customer needs, provide solutions-oriented advice, document results clearly in our ticketing system, assist customers with technical and application-related questions, and collaborate closely with colleagues from the second-level support and other departments to address complex issues.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for customers regarding our software solutions MD Ambulant and MD Stationär – primarily via phone.
  • Analyze customer needs, provide solutions-oriented advice, and document results clearly in our ticketing system.
  • Support customers with technical and application-related questions and ensure successful software usage.
  • Work closely with colleagues from the second-level support and other departments to address complex issues.
  • Help care facilities efficiently manage their daily operations and ensure optimal care for their clients and residents.

Qualifications

  • A completed vocational training or comparable qualification, such as in procurement, technology, IT, or health-related fields.
  • A positive attitude towards customer interaction and a convincing friendly, empathetic, and service-oriented communication style.
  • Experience in customer service, support, or telephone customer care is advantageous.
  • The ability to work independently, structurally, and solution-oriented, maintaining focus even in challenging situations.
  • An interest in learning new software products, technical topics, and processes.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ticketing systems like Salesforce Service Cloud or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of remote monitoring solutions like TeamViewer.
  • Basic understanding of healthcare, nursing, or social services.
