Job Description
The Customer and Data Support team member is responsible for managing the clinical-related customer experiences for our products and services and for prioritizing business opportunities and product/ service solutions.
- Typically is a college/university graduate or has equivalent experience.
- Has basic knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures in a job family or skill. Applies knowledge and skills to complete their own work.
- Depends on others for instruction, guidance, and direction. Develops competence in own area by performing routine work.
Responsibilities
- Support Integrated Solutions Data and Clinical Support by supporting our user management and customer support across the platform.
- Support other customer support processes.
- Support sites with single sign-on, deployed, and hosted solutions.
- Additionally, they will support other customer support processes.
- The ideal candidate will have some support experience with other Software as a Service solutions.
- This position also requires a candidate with advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Advanced SQL skills are preferred.
