About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a fully remote team focused on client communication, support, and follow-up. In this role, you will assist individuals who have requested information about available benefit options by answering questions, scheduling appointments, providing guidance, and ensuring a professional customer experience throughout the process.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, text, and virtual meetings.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about available benefit options.
  • Confirm client information and appointment details.
  • Guide clients through the next steps in the process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Conduct timely follow-up communications to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing coaching.
  • Deliver professional, friendly, and responsive customer service while working independently in a remote environment.
