About the role

Join an educational project in Cambodia that is still in its pioneering phase. This role offers the opportunity to help shape and develop educational and recreational programs for children and youth.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building and developing the project from the ground up
• Co-create educational programs for children and adolescents
• Design recreational activities in play, music, and art
• Participate in practical and agricultural tasks
• Engage in community outreach and relationship-building with local residents

Requirements

• Proficiency in English
• Willingness to embrace a simple lifestyle and remain flexible
• Experience in youth work and/or knowledge transfer
• Professional experience in educational or social fields is beneficial

Schedule

This is a voluntary position with a commitment of 6–11 months, starting in the summer of 2027.
