About the Role

As a part-time Windsor Manager in Training, you are working to become part of our future leadership team! You will act as an Assistant Manager while taking the necessary courses and gaining hands-on experience to successfully transition into a keyed position. You will support the team in driving our mission statement in your store.

Responsibilities

• Partner with your Store Manager to achieve store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses.
• Coach and motivate a high-performing team of fashion-loving Stylists while treating everyone with dignity and respect.
