About the role

Houseparents live in a family‑style cottage, provide a safe, Christ‑centered home for up to nine resident children, and bring the love of Christ to children from hard places.

- Enjoy a challenge: experience a rewarding yet demanding role where you see God move in unexpected ways.
- Live in community: be part of a committed Christian community, not doing the work alone.
- Provide a stable home: reside in a large home on the NMBCH campus and parent up to nine resident children.
Requirements

- Passionate caregivers: a strong calling to work with children from hard places.
- Team‑oriented: able to work with a team of committed staff focused on providing a safe and loving home.
