Mission Control Trainer

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Pay Range: $35.15/hr

About the role

Provide training support to new hires and experienced operators through classroom facilitation, coaching, and hands-on demonstration. Review performance feedback and address training gaps escalated by instructors or Training Coordinators. Grade hands-on assessments and deliver actionable feedback to Training Coordinators. Conduct formal audits of operator performance for both new and established learners. Assist with training materials, curriculum updates, and participate in validation/testing missions.

Requirements

• Mission Control experience — at least 3 months as a fully trained operator
• AV industry background with 1–3 years of experience
• Strong communication skills for coaching and technical explanation
• Time-management proficiency and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule with willingness to travel up to 25%
