Missile Integration Technician - 2nd Shift

About the role

The role involves performing final assembly of energetic sections building large scale missiles. It requires mechanical skills, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, modification, and checkout of ordnance weapon systems.
• Handle warheads, pyrotechnic devices, and complete ordnance weapons systems.
• Work with computer systems and applications.
• Utilize advanced robotic automation for hardware movement.
• Follow documented processes and procedures involving assembly and focus on proper material handling.
• Support and champion Lean Manufacturing in all processes and areas of responsibility.
• Provide work assignments and instruction to team members.
• Participate in meetings to assist in the continuation of production operations accurately.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• 4 years of experience in assembly or related field.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date.
• U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a forklift, walker stacker, pallet jack, and other equipment normally associated with loading and unloading trucks.
• Physical warehousing and inventory control experience.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $43,400 - $82,600 annually.
