Miscellaneous Metals Welder Installer

About the role

As a Field Welder Installer at Hanover Iron Works, Inc., you'll be at the forefront of our onsite operations, working on construction sites to erect steel structures and execute precise welds. This role involves the installation of stairs, rails, and various other metal structures, utilizing Stick, Mig, and Tig welding techniques to create strong and durable connections.

This position offers a flexible schedule, the opportunity to travel to different locations, and the chance to work on challenging projects that make a real impact.

Responsibilities

• Install stairs, rails, and various other metal structures on construction sites.
• Perform Stick, Mig, and Tig welding to create durable connections.
• Work efficiently and accurately using a variety of tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members in a time-sensitive environment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in welding (Required).
• At least 1 year of experience in ironworking (Required).
• Ability to meet fast-paced project demands with excellent time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel overnight to various project sites as needed.

Skills

• Stick, Mig, and Tig welding techniques.
• Proficient use of welding tools and equipment.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork in a time-sensitive environment.
