Miscellaneous Metals Welder Installer

About the role

As a Field Welder Installer at Hanover Iron Works, Inc., you'll be at the forefront of our onsite operations, working on construction sites to erect steel structures and execute precise welds. This role involves the installation of stairs, rails, and various other metal structures, utilizing Stick, Mig, and Tig welding techniques to create strong and durable connections.

This position offers a flexible schedule, the opportunity to travel to different locations, and the chance to work on challenging projects that make a real impact.

Responsibilities

• Install stairs, rails, and various other metal structures on construction sites.
• Perform Stick, Mig, and Tig welding to create durable connections.
• Work efficiently and accurately using a variety of tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members in a time-sensitive environment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in welding (Required).
• At least 1 year of experience in ironworking (Required).
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet fast-paced project demands.
• Ability to work well and collaborate with fellow employees in a time-sensitive environment.
• Some overnight travel may be required to various project sites.

Schedule

This is an hourly position with a flexible schedule and opportunities for travel.
