MINISTRY SITE DIRECTOR
About the role
Campus Life ministry combines healthy relationships with creative programs to help young people make good choices, establish a solid foundation for life, and positively impact their schools. The Youth for Christ Campus Life Director will build and lead student leader and adult leader teams, equipping a relational army to engage in authentic, Christ-sharing relationships with students in the community.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead student leader and adult leader teams
- Create programming welcoming to students from all walks of life
- Initiate new relationships with students
- Spend time building new and growing existing relationships with students
- Maintain a safe, high-energy environment for club meetings
- Focus on individual student needs through appointments
- Lead small groups in interactive discussions about relevant topics and connect them to truth
- Engage in core team activities with Christian teenagers and adult coaches
Requirements
- Preferred degree or 5 years of ministry experience
- Strong leadership skills
- A passion for discipleship and evangelism
- Ability to connect with various stakeholders including students, parents, school administrators, business leaders, and churches
Qualifications
- Degree Preferred or 5 years of ministry experience

Schedule
A full-time ministry position does 10 hours a week.
