Minister Of Worship

About the Role

The Fellowship Church is seeking God's appointed servant to help lead our worship ministry. The ideal candidate is a person who is committed to following Jesus, loves the Word of God, and is a person of prayer who seeks the Lord in knowing what to do and how to lead.

Responsibilities

• Help lead the worship ministry of the church
• Teach both vocalists and musicians in an effective and efficient way
• Nurture and develop the talents of others
• Work well with existing staff and future team members
• Use technical computer skills for worship planning and setting up worship services
• Serve in a multi-faceted way as a team player

Qualifications

• Committed to following Jesus
• Loves the Word of God
• A person of prayer who seeks the Lord for guidance in leadership
• Someone who genuinely loves people
• Able to play and/or lead from an instrument (preferred plus, but not required)
• Formal or theological training is very beneficial, but not necessary
