Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on mining equipment such as 450-ton shovels, 100-ton and 250-ton haul trucks, drills, dozers, and motor graders.
• Troubleshoot machine technology systems and componentry, including hydraulics, electrical, power trains, etc.
• Work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
• Proactively maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Opportunity for overtime as workload dictates.
• Willing and committed to lifelong learning and training to stay ahead of industry standards and product updates.
• Opportunity to travel to other Butler and customer locations.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide an excellent customer experience.
• Proficient computer technology skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Preferred ability to meet and maintain insurability standards to drive a company vehicle.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to learn new skills quickly.
• Preferred degree or certificate in a related field or equivalent applicable experience.
• Applied knowledge of basic mechanical theory.
• Must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Must have valid CDL or willingness to pursue MSHA experience.
