We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications, Skills). Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. Do not repeat job title as heading. Do not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "About WSP" maybe? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need sections: About the role (maybe from first paragraph), Responsibilities, Desired Skills And Experience (could be Requirements or Qualifications or Skills). Benefits: there is mention of benefits in "About WSP" paragraph: "Employees are also afforded a comprehensive suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings..." That's specific benefits, so we can include Benefits section. Pay: not specified. Schedule: not specified (full-time). The posting says full-time position, but schedule not detailed; we should not create Schedule section unless specific. So we can omit Pay and Schedule. We need to preserve all substantive information. Must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include details like location preference, MSHA 48B Surface required, OSHA 30-hour preferred, etc. We need to format as HTML fragment only. Thus sections: - About the role: combine first paragraph(s) up to responsibilities? Might be "About the role" includes description of role and location etc. We'll put that as prose in

. - Responsibilities: list each responsibility as

  • . - Requirements / Qualifications / Skills: we can combine "Desired Skills And Experience" as Requirements (or Skills). Since we need headings: we could use "Requirements" for bullet list of qualifications, and maybe "Skills" for soft skills? But instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have one section "Requirements and Skills" containing both bullet lists. But we need to use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can have a single
with all items. However we might want to separate education/experience vs skills vs certifications. But we can keep one list. - Benefits: list benefits as

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "About WSP" etc. We included benefits derived from that paragraph. We omitted the "About WSP" description of company etc. That's okay because it's not required? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information. The "About WSP" paragraph includes substantive info about the company, but is that required? It might be considered boilerplate but it's descriptive of the employer. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "About WSP" is not explicitly listed as boilerplate to remove, but it's more of a company overview. However the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Including a section about the company might be considered thin? But it's substantive. However we already have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements and Skills, Benefits. Adding another section "About WSP" might be extra but still substantive. The instruction: "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". The About WSP section has real specific content (description of WSP). So we could include it. However we already used "About the role" for role description. The "About WSP" is separate. Could we merge it into About the role? Probably better to keep About the role as role description and not duplicate. The About WSP paragraph is about the company, not the role. The instruction didn't forbid having a section about the company. It said use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It didn't list "About the company" as an example, but we could still use a heading like "About WSP". However the instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive list.
