Mini Bar Attendant (Full-Time) - Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort and Club

About the Role

The award-winning Forbes 4-Star and AAA 5-Diamond Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club is looking for a Mini Bar Attendant to join the Food & Beverage team. Located in the beautiful coastal town of Dana Point adjacent to Laguna Beach, the resort is perched on 175 acres atop a 150-foot seaside bluff with over 400 rooms, 115,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space, and 8 food and beverage outlets, including 4 restaurants, a beach club, lounge, marketplace, and in-room dining.

Responsibilities

• Restock mini bars: Take inventory and replenish mini-bar items using a handheld point-of-sale (POS) system while verifying product expiration dates
• Prepare guest checks with care: Accurately document and process guest checks for mini bar usage to ensure proper billing
• Keep equipment running smoothly: Perform regular checks to confirm mini bars are functioning properly and report/address any operational issues
• Maintain cleanliness: Clean and organize mini bars to ensure guest satisfaction

Pay

The pay rate for this role is $18.90 per hour, based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

Part-time. Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
