Job Description
Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.13 / hour
Responsibilities
- Build a strong rapport and sense of community with members by maintaining a consistent coaching schedule and providing safe and motivating sessions for participants.
- Deliver classes within Chuze guidelines, arriving to each class with prepared with music.
- Complete Chuze onboarding and training materials before teaching live sessions and maintain knowledge of updates.
- Engage in the growth and development process by utilizing feedback received from the Fitness Manager through regular check-ins, training, and session evaluations.
- Participate in ongoing fitness industry education and maintain proof of current credentials.
- Maintain professional relationships through communication and teamwork.
- Attend and participate in regularly scheduled Fitness department meetings and special promotional events to promote participation in Chuze Fitness offerings.
- Utilize the Fitness Communication Platform for essential department communications.

- Walking and climbing stairs
- Leading and performing workouts
- Able to lift at least 20lbs
