Job Description
Pay Range: $19.31 - $28.94 per hour
Responsibilities
- Build a strong rapport and sense of community with members by maintaining a consistent coaching schedule and providing safe and motivating sessions for participants.
- Deliver classes within Chuze guidelines, arriving to each class with prepared with any necessary equipment and music with adherence to licensing agency requirements.
- Complete Chuze onboarding and training materials before teaching live sessions and maintain knowledge of updates.
- Engage in the growth and development process by utilizing feedback received from the District Fitness Manager through regular check-ins, training, and session evaluations.
- Maintain professional relationships through communication and teamwork with all Chuze staff to meet member and facility needs.
- Attend and participate in regularly scheduled Fitness department meetings and special promotional events to promote participation in Chuze Fitness offerings.
- Utilize the Fitness Communication Platform for essential department communications.

Physical Requirements
- Able to read, write, and speak clearly in English
- Able to walk and climb stairs
- Able to lead and perform fitness classes
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs
