Millwright/ Welder Foreman

This is a full‑time travel position with some local work, offering competitive pay, benefits, and per diem. Travel is required each week to various locations.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions from Project Managers and/or Management team
• Maintain and enforce all safety standards
• Move, secure, install, build, load and/or unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Perform welding and fabrication for repairs and installation of plant equipment, chutes, and crushers
• Repair and install mechanical parts for equipment
• Read schematics, blueprints, and instruction manuals to make equipment repairs as needed
• Stick weld and use oxy/acetylene torches safely and efficiently
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Direct cleaning and preparation of job sites
• Assist crew members in their duties when needed or when manpower requires
• Apply oils and greases according to equipment specifications, safely and efficiently
• Perform various physical duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to routinely climb stairs, ladders, and/or platforms, bend, and squat
• Ability to walk, stand, or sit for prolonged periods
• Ability to consistently lift and/or move up to 50 lb throughout the shift
• Willingness to work any shift, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
• Pass background, drug, and alcohol testing
• Ability to read blueprints
• Industrial, steel, and iron‑works experience
• Project management or supervisory experience
• Clean motor vehicle record and a valid driver’s license
• MSHA surface and underground certifications are a plus
