Millwright Mechanic

About the role

Responsible for performing various mechanical tasks associated with the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, dismantle, and adjust machinery and equipment according to blueprints and specifications.
• Maintain and repair machinery and equipment using hand tools and power tools.
• Perform routine inspections and tests to ensure proper operation and safety of machinery and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• At least 2 years of related work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment.
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Skills

• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay

$18.50 - $20.00 per hour based on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
