Millwright Mechanic

Keep the world running, one machine at a time! If you love figuring out how things work, fixing what’s broken, and making equipment run better, this role is for you. As a Millwright, you’ll be the expert relied upon to keep operations moving safely, smoothly, and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Installs and adjusts machinery and equipment.
- Performs preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Rebuilds pumps and cylinders.
- Reads blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work processes.
- Cleans and inspects presses and tooling using precision measuring devices.
- Works on building structures such as overhead doors and jib cranes.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to problem solve in both team and individual environments.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Able to work with integrity and uphold organizational values and ethics.
- Able to work with high levels of accuracy and thoroughness.

Pay
In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $34.49/HR. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
