Millwright - Manufacturing - Hampton

About the role

Install and maintain equipment used in the manufacturing of Asphalt.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle, repair and re-assemble heavy industrial machinery
• Install equipment such as shafting and conveyors
• Work with a variety of hand tools including measuring tools, welding and brazing equipment
• Determine which machines, techniques, and tools to use when moving equipment and completing jobs
• Perform all other duties deemed necessary or assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Knowledge of hydraulics, belt systems, motors, and other industrial machine mechanisms
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Millwright or similar job preferred
• In-depth knowledge of construction equipment and machinery
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
