About the role
We are seeking a Journey Level Millwright at our state-of-the-art sawmill in Lebanon, OR. This position offers excellent wages and benefits, along with high-tech process control technology and dynamic, supportive team-based settings.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain machinery and equipment in the mill
- Perform machine center alignment, cutting, welding, and bearing operations
- Assist in hydraulic circuitry, job planning, and pneumatic/lubrication analysis
- Conduct vibration analysis and perform other related tasks
- Work in a market-focused, team environment
Requirements
- At least 2 years of millwright experience
- A High School Diploma/GED or higher
- Experience in hydraulic circuitry, job planning, machine center alignment, cutting/welding, bearings, pneumatic/lubrication analysis and vibration analysis
- Willingness to work any shift, including some holidays
- Ability to pass a pre-employment mechanical aptitude test
Qualifications
All candidates must be safety conscious, self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills, be experienced in working with other crafts, and be willing to work in a market focused, team environment.

Pay
The hourly pay range for this position is $37.23 - $41.495.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with a day shift (1st).
