Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Complies with all Fluor Corporation safety requirements and programs.
• Performs technical and general maintenance work on a variety of pumps (i.e. centrifugal, injector, diaphragm, etc.), motors, equipment, systems, air handlers, domestic water, chilled water, hot water, high temperature hot water, steam, humidification, building exhaust fans, air compressors and controls.
• Welding Rigging Alignment
• Perform Precision Maintenance with bearings, couplings, gearboxes, seals, bushings, interference fits, torque, pumps, rotating equipment, lubrication, etc.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or general equivalency degree (GED).
• 5 years of preventive maintenance experience required.
• Must have knowledge of Precision Maintenance with bearings, couplings, gearboxes, seals, bushings, shrink fits, torque, pumps, rotating equipment, lubrication, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret building layouts, system drawings and manufacturers’ equipment specifications.
• Knowledge of standard and specialized maintenance practices.

Physical Demands

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl;
• talk or hear and taste or smell.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
