Millwork Installation Supervisor

Position purpose : The Millwork Installation Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the installation of architectural millwork projects at customer sites. This role ensures installations are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. Acting as the primary liaison between project managers, field installers, clients, and general contractors, the Supervisor/Coordinator proactively resolves site issues and drives successful project execution from mobilization through final completion. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule installation activities across multiple projects.Supervise installation crews and subcontractors.Monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to schedules.Coordinate site logistics, deliveries, manpower, and equipment requirements.Manage punch lists, deficiencies, and field changes.Maintain effective communication with clients, project teams, and general contractors.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards. QualificationsExperience in architectural millwork installation, commercial construction, or field operations management.Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
