Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment in all areas of the plant.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repair failed equipment to ensure trouble-free operation.
• Complete repairs quickly and safely.
• Report any unusual machine action or noise.
• Perform equipment preventive maintenance activities to maximize plant uptime.
• Work on high bay overhead cranes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic electrical knowledge.
• Welding skills.
• Ability to read technical writing and schematics.
• Math skills.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic principles.
• Experience in alignment and power transmission.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Fire and chemical hazard knowledge.
