Mill Production Job Responsibilities Job Tasks Include Measuring grainLifting products weighing 5-100#.Working with bagged products, bulk storage overhead, and bulk storage outside.Running equipment (several mechanical pieces but mostly electrical). Turns motors on and off. Starts/Stops mixers, feed legs, and set turn-heads determining feed direction and movement.Mixes grains, several different ingredients going to a mixer for a finished product.Loading product out of mixers into bags or trucks for delivery, or customer pick-up.Must be able to read invoices and mix feed accordingly. Involves breaking down recipes into batches appropriate to mixer size.Math skills are required when breaking down recipe sizes.Good attention to detail is required.
