What You Will Do
- Make guided decisions to support the primary objective of safe production.
- Maintain and operate concentrator equipment.
- Maintain and operate concentrator equipment.

- Perform detailed inspections of operating equipment and operational areas.
- Aid in maintenance activities.
- Complete area housekeeping duties.
- Learn and understand basic metallurgical milling principles.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
What You Bring To Freeport
- Three (3) months work experience.
- Completed academic and practical competencies required (including Line of Progression requirements for internal employees where LOP Exists).
- Experience demonstrating the required aptitude.
- The ability to apply knowledge and skills while passing a written assessment where required.
- Ability to communicate in English with respect to job assignments, job procedures, and applicable safety standards.
- Knowledge of milling, crushing, and conveying equipment, including operating parameters, limits, and functionality of equipment.
What We Offer You
- The estimated pay range for this role is currently $21.00 - $27.00/hour.
- This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits, or retirement contributions.
- Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors.
- This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance.
